What Is Keynnect?
Keynnect is a simple but smart intermediary service. Each product receives a unique QR code linked to you in our internal registry.
If the item is lost, the finder can scan the code and leave their contact details with us. We match the ID to the correct owner and contact you. You then decide if, when and how you want to get in touch.

We Engrave a Unique Code
The QR code leads to our found-items page and contains a unique item ID.
The Finder Scans
The finder completes a simple form with their contact details and the item's ID.
We Contact You
We identify the item's owner and send you the finder's contact details.
You Decide
You decide whether you want to contact the finder. Your address is never shown through the QR code.

If Someone Finds Your Item
The finder does not need to know who you are. They scan the QR code, complete the form and send the information to us.
We look up the correct item ID and contact you with the finder's details. You then decide how you want to proceed.

What if I Change My Phone Number or Email Address?
